Due to expanded production capacity, we are now recruiting workers externally, with a limited quota of only 30 positions. Detailed benefits are as follows:
1. Individuals aged 16 to 50, in good health, responsible, and with no criminal record—both men and women—are welcome to apply.
2. Workshop employees earn between 2,900 and 3,100 yuan per month; external contractors earn between 3,600 and 3,800 yuan per month; cold storage workers earn between 3,100 and 3,300 yuan per month; piece-rate workers’ wages range from 3,000 to 5,000 yuan per month, with four paid days off each month.
3. New employees must pay a uniform deposit of 185 yuan and present their ID card to complete the onboarding process.
4. The company provides accommodation; guests are responsible for bringing their own luggage. Currently, the facilities include double rooms for couples, bathrooms, a staff activity room, a ping-pong room, a badminton room, a billiards room, a library, and a cultural auditorium.
5. For employees who have been with the company for less than one year, their seniority pay will increase by 100 yuan per month, up to a maximum of 300 yuan.
6. Returning employees who resume work on time will receive a return-to-work bonus ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 yuan.
