Project Processes and Equipment: (1) Feather Meal Production Process: Feather meal is an important raw material for the industrial processing of down products. It is produced by subjecting poultry feathers to high-temperature steaming, enzymatic hydrolysis, grinding, or puffing until they reach a powdered state, thereby forming feather meal. (2) Meat Meal Production Process: The raw material consists of residual bones, skin flakes, offal, minced meat, and other by-products left over after removing the edible portions from slaughterhouse and meat-processing plant waste. These materials are processed through rendering, drying, and grinding to produce the final product.
