1. Properly position thermometers (in terms of height and quantity). In standardized poultry houses with larger lengths and widths, the temperatures on the east-west or north-south sides of the house may differ. Therefore, it’s important to place thermometers appropriately: one thermometer each in the eastern, central, and western sections of the house, so as to obtain an accurate average temperature throughout the entire poultry house.
2. Summer cooling measures (wet curtains). In summer, wet curtains can be used to lower the temperature inside the chicken house.
